M/s.SEKAR ENGINEERING WORKS is a proprietary concern formed as early is 1983 in the name of SASTHA ENGINEERING WORKS which was later registered as an SSI unit on 23rd July 1987 in the first mentioned name.

The company has been BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certified by Chamber Certification Assessment Services Ltd., on January 2005.

The company has the expertise in the field of undertaking precision machining jobs, steel structural fabrication and related activities.

The company is managed by its sole proprietor Sri.Dhevaraj.P who has vast experience in this field from as early as 1976. The promoter is a technocrat entrepreneur who has worked his way in this filed to establish this concern.

1.The company has been in regular business of machining TOTAL VALVES for BHEL Valves Divn.TIRUCHIRAPALLI.

2.Machining of base frames of size 4.0M x 1.8 M (Max.) for sugar plants

3.Manufacture of auxiliary units such Screw conveyors, Baggasse conveyors, table feeders, pendulum flap valves, Dust collector components, Air slides etc., For application in sugar, cement and other similar industries.

4.The company undertakes recondioning of Trunnion bearings, Fan shafts,Pinions used in crushing [1.0 M DIA] for cement and other similar industries.

5.Structural fabrication work required for the industry such as Roof trusses with Span ranging from 60 feet to 80 feet.
